I really like this, but it has been awhile since I have done this. I usually end up smoking salmon. It really tastes great and the house smells good too if you use the oven! I like using my smoker because it gets a nice (different) taste. I hope you like this, I know I do.

This is something great that when you make it, you know it is fresh and will make you and your children smile. We like these very much and is something everyone can help with, up until it comes to the frying part and that is left to the adult. This along with some bacon and fruit makes a nice treat for breakfast, and can make a pretty cool afternoon project and very special snack.

In Alaska, we get kind of spoiled by having quite a few different selections of fish available to us! I have cooked salmon many different ways, but here is one that I like which is very quick, and very nice to eat! This is great at home as well as on the bank of a river and I would guess that no matter where you live this would be great for any fish you catch. I hope you like it!
