Mentos Coke Volcano

Dad To The Bone (Kids) is totally unscripted, so you'll never know what we're going to get. We gave the Dad To The Bone (Kids) the Coke and Mentos and told them very little about what was going to happen.

After the video they learned that the minty shell of the Mentos is rough and have microscopic pits which encourage the bubble growth. Other substances can work but the minty Mentos work best. Mentos are dense and get to the bottom of the Coke quickly. They create so many bubbles so fast, it erupts.
