Black Bean Brownies

Submitted by: T.

Black Bean Brownies 1 – can black beans , rinsed and drained
4 – eggs
1 – tsp vanilla
2 – heaping Tblsp cocoa powder
2 – Tble olive oil
1 – tsp baking power
1 cup Splenda
1/4 tsp. salt

You can also substitute the splenda with sugar and for some little people, you may want too! I believe it is 2 cups of sugar for this.

I don't like splenda, so sugar is the one for me.

In food processor blend all ingredients until smooth .
Pour in 8x8 baking dish that has been sprayed with pam.
Top with  crushed pecans
Bake 350 degrees for 20 min.

Eat as is or top with hershy's lite syrup and lite whip cream.

This also is flour free, so if someone has Wheat allergies, this can be a great alternative!

Thanks T. for sending this to Dad to the Bone! We are happy to add new ideas on the site!

ENJOY!
