website: www.dadtothebone.com Hi! I just wanted to say that the Sous Chef where I work could not think of anything to make for the employees for dinner the other night. I had shown the Sous Chef and his line cook the recipe for the Beef Taco Bake the day before and we all agreed that it looked pretty tasty and would be good to try sometime. Well, the next day he sent his line cook up to get the recipe and they made it for dinner. It was great and took very little time to make. At least that is what they tell me. They did add some things like olives and onions! They also added a bit of hot sause to top it off, and it was propbably a bit too hot for little folks, but was very tasty! This could also be used for a enchilada stuffiing, just don't add the corn chips and roll the mix into a corn tortilla and add some enchilada sause and bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees. I think that would be enough due to the fact that the meat and mix is already hot. This was great and fast and tasted great! Thanks for the tip and for the idea! Doug.
