Things I have thunked Submitted by: Kevin Chertkow
1. I've heard a lot of bad decisions that made great stories, why is that?2. The arguments I hate worse are the ones where I realize in the heat of debate, I'm wrong. 3. For all those times I didn't want to take a nap when I was younger. Can I take it back? 4. I can’t find a sarcasm font. 5. I think one of the duties of a best friend should be to immediately clear your computer's history if you die. 6. Did I really need to learn cursive? 7. Why doesn't Map Quest start their directions on #5. I already know how to get out of my neighborhood. 8. Is Kay Jewelers wrong? Don't more kisses begin with Budweiser on Friday and Saturday nights? 9. Wouldn't obituaries be more interesting if they told us how the person died? 10. Am I the only person who knows that at some point during the work week I know that I'm just not going to do anything productive for the rest of the day. 11. How can a 5 year old girl have more bows with matching shoes which out number the days in a week and I have to wait to put on my weekend jeans until their finished washing? 12. Can everybody agree to ignore whatever comes after Blue Ray? I don't want to have to restart my collection... again. 13. Could someone explain to me how you are supposed to fold a fitted sheet? 14. How come when I miss a call by the last ring, and then immediately call back, it rings eight times and then goes to voicemail. What happened did you drop the phone and run away? 15. I think it's such a waste leaving my house confident and looking good and then not see anyone that matters all day. 16. Am I the only person who keeps some people's phone numbers in my phone just so I know not to answer when they call. 17. My 4-year old son asked me in the car while driving home from a long day at work. "Dad can you go into heaven and turn on the lights? I'm not tired yet." How the do I respond to that? 18. I need just as much light in the freezer as I do in fridge. Why doesn't my refrigerator have a light on both sides. 19. Why is putting large objects in toilets and trying to flush them so interesting to little boys? I can't remember. 20. Do children find noise a competition? ![]()
